Told me it was not supported. Told the operator to escalate. Waited in line for about 1 hour. The high level lady asked my current physical sim IMEI and the eSim IMEI, which is my IMEI1 and IMEI2. Waited for about 5 minutes then my physical sim is out of service. Pulled out my physical sim and rebooted my phone.
